Kela works especially well with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, loneliness, social isolation, grief/loss, societal pressures, and identity issues. She is dedicated to fostering a safe environment and working with individuals, couples, and families to develop customized plans to improve their quality of life.
Kela’s number one goal is to make clients feel heard. She views all of her clients as capable individuals, sessions will be person-centered and solution-focused tailored to your specific needs. Therapy goals will include developing a healthy sense of self, cultivating clients strengths, personal growth, and goal attainment.
